Shipping policy

At Art By Cate, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Please note that personalised or custom prints may require additional production time. Estimated dispatch times for custom orders will be confirmed at the time of purchase. 

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard) or Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express).

Estimated delivery times: Standard: 3–5 working days Express: 1–2 working days

Free standard shipping is available on orders over £50.

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched at the start of the following week. We ship via Royal Mail and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
